3. Q: How to get a sample from you?
A. All samples will be free if the unit cost is under 10USD, but the freight should be on your side.
If a sample is sent by your express account like DHL, UPS, etc, we will send the sample to you directly (freight collect)
If a sample is sent by our express account like DHL, UPS, etc, you should pay the freight in advance (freight prepaid) Sample cost could be returned to you upon bulk order.
4. Q. How about the delivery date?
A. Within 30 days after the deposit is received. Urgent orders will be handled case by case.

A. General speaking: TT 30% deposit, the balance before delivery.
